Training overview

  • Our Training Sessions take place in your home and are personalized for your dog
  • Training Evaluation
  • (50% of fee will be applied to 1st training session)
  • $ 80 An initial introduction in which the trainer gains an understanding of the dog’s history and the owner’s goals. The trainer will start to develop a general training plan during this session.

  • Training Walks
  • $ 30Training Walks During training walks, the trainer will teach your dog how to walk on a leash politely. These sessions will give your dog great exercise as he/she learns basic leash manners. The trainer will also teach the techniques to the owner to provide the necessary consistency.

  • 30 Minute Training Sessions
  • $ 35The trainer will work with the owner to determine if 30 minute training sessions will be effective.
  • 1 Hour Training Sessions
  • $ 65The trainer will work with both dog and owner to accomplish their goals.
  • Puppy Socialization (up to 12 months old)
  • Focused socialization is crucial to prevent future behavioral problems. Oftentimes, dogs develop anxiety or aggression toward other dogs, people, or even objects like bicycles and wheelchairs when they are not exposed to these different environments as a puppy. The trainer will work with the puppy in varying locations to develop positive associations with new sights, sounds, and smells.

  • Puppy Potty Training
  • $ 65Oftentimes, owners are inundated with different potty training methods and it’s hard to know what will work. The trainer will provide the owner with the tools and the straightforward method for successful potty training. These sessions do not require a consultation and shouldn’t take more than one appointment.

  • Depending on the issue, most dogs will need more than 1 session. You must be an active participant in between sessions for the training to make a difference. Our trainer will work with your dogs but will mostly be providing you with the tools needed.

  • Like our dog walking, all training sessions are individualized for your dog, with the exception of Puppy Socialization Sessions.
